Southgate seeks to serve the Lord through our various ministries. We offer many different ministries for all ages. We welcome you to join us at Southgate and serve our Lord Jesus Christ.
Youth and Kids Ministry
We offer many opportunities for our youth and children to participate in ministry. Our youth participate in activities such as WinterJam, D* Weekend and other your sponsored activities. We offer children's church on Sundays and BIG (Kids)/GROW (Youth) Curriculum on Wednesday nights. Our youth and children also participate in the CARE ministry on Sunday nights.
Baptist Women's Ministry
Our Baptist Women's ministry meets the first Monday of each month. The ministry has several mission projects each year including packing and sending shoeboxes for Samaritan's Purse and providing new backpacks and school supplies for local children in need.

Christians Actively Reaching Everyone (CARE) Ministry
We are excited about our CARE ministry. On 3 Sunday evenings each month, church members participate in our CARE ministry. As part of the CARE ministry, we go out into the community to deliver meals, visit shut-ins, visit new members/visitors to our church, pray for those in need and send cards/letters to church members and visitors. The CARE ministry is about action so come join us as we love on and care for the city of Thomasville.
